Chase Elliott earned a podium finish in his first NASCAR Xfinity Series® start of the 2023 season at Pocono Raceway.

Driving the No. 17 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro for Hendrick Motorsports, Elliott made a strong return to the NASCAR Xfinity Series® ranks for the first time since 2021. Aiming for more laps at the tricky Pocono tri-oval, the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series® champion battled his way through the field after starting the event from the 13th position. With the help of a solid late-race pit strategy, Elliott was able to be in position to race amongst the leaders before finishing third.
