The car is in great shape.



I have not had an issue in the past with regular orders. Preorders, however, have been very problematic. The preorder and shipping process were a complete disaster. Finally got the car after many emails, and the price quoted changed in the final billing. Higher of course. Customer service would read part of my emails and respond without reading all my issues, so we kept repeating things over and over. No resolutions to my concerns were ever offered by customer service. Bottom Line is: I will NEVER do a preorder item from them again. I had three ordered this year. They cancelled the first one without my authorization. The second came, but two months after the promise date. The third item had a price change happen to it. Be careful when preordering from CircleBdiecast.

But since I have not received the product due to it going to an old address that I tried to correct (and being told the only recourse is to hope the new tenants of that house return the item) I do not have the item in my possession.
