This is a rare automobile, one of just 850 units produced for the model
year, and one of 162 painted Black Jade, which is one of those
fascinating colorways that plays tricks on the eye. Even though it’s
called “Black”, this is more of a dark green metallic with a hint of
black. In the shade, the car looks nearly black, but under direct
sunlight the metallic flakes shine through making the car look somewhat
like a deep forest or mossy green. This is one of the rarest and most
unique Mustang colors of the late 60s, which makes it perfect for
something like the Boss 429.
